The Columbia Icefield Discovery Centre has overnight parking for a

72 hour parking on the street in Banff (where not resident restricted). Probably not a good fit for you. Maybe call Mt Norquay (where I'm guessing your hike might start) and see if they allow multi-day parking. Technically it is a trailhead but I'm not sure if the ski hill manages the parking lot there. Above all, respect the locals of the Rockies: don't park a Karma Campervan in residential areas or where signs forbid overnight stays. Enjoy Banff's beautiful views. The rangers drive through the campgrounds at night, and if you have left a cooler or food sitting outside they will pick it up and move it to an indoor location where you will later have to go pick it up (don't be that guy)!
